Mr. Debasish Roy is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1985.
He is in the whole time employment with Indian Oil Corporation limited since 1987.Prior to that he has worked in an Engineering Industry. Presently he is holding the position of General Manager – Finance in Indian Oil Corporation Limited. He has a wide exposure of over 29 years in the fields of Financial Management, Direct and Indirect Taxes, Project Finance. He has headed finance department of few Refinery units of Indian Oil Corporation Limited and played a pivotal role in the Project Implementation at Panipat Refinery – Naphtha Cracker Project. Presently he is in charge Finance function of Refineries Division of Indian Oil Corporation Limited.
He has attended various seminars and workshops in India and abroad on the subjects of Direct and Indirect Taxes, Fraud Investigation & Prevention, Project Management and Financial Management – Global Perspectives including IFRS, USGAAP.
Mr. Bhavesh Pande is a B.E Mechanical from MNIT, Jaipur & PGDM from MDI, Gurgaon. He is a seasoned professional having a diversified and rich experience of more than 22 years in Marketing Division, IndianOil. His immediate past assignment was with Indian Oil Corporation Limited at Rajasthan, as General Manager. He was responsible for 1.5 million tons of Industrial products which included transport of fuels (Petrol /Diesel), Industrial fuels ( FO/LDO), Industrial feedstock and the raw material like Bitumen/Petcock, Benzene /Sulphur.
Mr. Dhananjay Srivastava is currently working as Chief General Manager (Incharge) at Indian Oil Corporation Limited, New Delhi and is the overall head of the Petrochemicals business.
He received his early education in the prestigious Scindia School, Gwalior and St. Stephens College, Delhi where he completed Economics (Honours) and after spending a year in Delhi School of Economics, he went on to complete Master of Management Studies with specialisation in marketing from Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi.
After an initial stint in HCL technologies, Mr. Srivastava joined IndianOil in 1988 and has earned rich experience of over 3 decades in the Oil and Gas industry. During this tenure he has primarily handled the highly competitive retail sector of the oil industry in Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh (as divisional incharge) , Rajasthan (as divisional incharge) and later in Punjab, as head of the entire IOC retail business in Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Chandigarh region.
Mr. Srivastava has a rich international exposure as head of the Sales and HR domain in IndianOil’s subsidiary, Lanka IOC PLC in Sri Lanka for three years and was also on the board of IOC Middle East at Dubai as a nominee Director for a year.
Mr. Tsu Ti Liu, Assistant Vice President of TSRC’s Rubber Business Division is a holder of Master’s Degree in Management from Cambridge College, MA, USA.
Mr. Wang, Wen-Yuan is a veteran in financial fields and has an extensive background in corporate finance, corporate governance, investment banking and venture capital. Prior to joining TSRC, He was the Interim CFO of HTC, a global smart phone and virtual reality brand leader, where he oversaw HTC’s financial strategy, investor relationship and commercial decisions. Prior to that, Wang, Wen-Yuan had more than 15 year experience in direct investment and investment banking. He successfully invested into more than 50 companies across Taiwan, China, Singapore and the USA, and divested with a sound return to investors. Wang, Wen-Yuan started his career as an industry analyst in investment banking field, and had helped more than eight companies from different industries successfully went for IPOs in Taiwan Stock Exchange or raised funding from capital market.
Wang, Wen-Yuan received his MBA from Tunghai University, and hold BS of Industry Engineering from Tunghai University.
Thomas Lin is the director of Corporate Development Department in TSRC with global responsibility for identifying and leading the execution of strategic business development / investments and M&A opportunities for TSRC. He also has the responsibility for the functions of key project management, business processes management, CSR, and investor relations. Prior to joining TSRC, Thomas spent 10+ years at DuPont in Taiwan and USA in roles spanning technical, product development, marketing, strategic planning and business management with strong focus in the photovoltaic industry and application across multiple geographies. Thomas holds a Master’s Degree from Penn State University in Ceramics Materials and a Bachelor’s Degree from National Tsing Hua University in Materials Science. He is also Six Sigma black belt certified.
