Mr. Wing Keung Hendrick, LAM is Vice President of TSRC Corporation in-charge of Applied Polymer Business Unit. He has successfully acquired Dexco Polymers for TSRC Corporation in 2010. Before joining TSRC Corporation, he had worked as Financial Controller for First Pacific, Hong Kong, and Group CFO for China Pacific. He had participated in the acquisition of 2 California States Banks in USA. He also responsible for the acquisition of 2 Hong Kong banks and merged them to become First Pacific Bank, 6 largest local banks, in Hong Kong.
Mr. Bhatnagar, a graduate in Chemical Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University and an MBA from the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia , has over 25 years of experience in various refineries of Indian Oil and in the Head-quarters. He has extensive work experience in Petroleum Refinery operations, Technical Services, Project Management, Feasibility Reports and basic designs for Petroleum and Petrochemical Projects including implementation and commissioning. He has been a part of the core team at Indian Oil for diversification to Petrochemicals and the setting up of an Aromatics Complex at Panipat.
Shri A N Jha, Executive Director (Petrochemicals) has been working with IndianOil for more than three decades and has rich experience in petroleum sector including marketing. He has been working in petrochemical business of IndianOil for the last one and half years. Presently he is heading Petrochemicals Group of Business Development vertical of IndianOil.
He is B Tech (Electrical Engineering) with distinction in various technical subjects of engineering. He has held diverse assignment in the field of petroleum marketing operations, technical services of Fuels and Lubricants, Incharge of Retail Business of petroleum products as Chief Divisional Retail Sales Manager, Country Head of Retail Lube business, State Consumer Head of Tamil Nadu as General Manager (Consumer Sales) and also as General Manager (Petrochemicals Marketing) of Polymers in last year. He has been instrumental in conceptualisation and development of existing petrochemical marketing of IndianOil.
His current job assignments include, polymer marketing, aromatics and chemicals marketing, operations of petrochemicals and aromatics through highly innovative marketing complex at Panipat and its distribution across the country to various customers through DCA/CS/RSC as well as conceptualisation, feasibility studies, technology selection etc. for new petrochemical projects of IndianOil. He also looks after the exports, technical services including product development through PADC, pricing, information technology related to PE/PP/PTA/Glycols/Butadiene/LAB / C4 Raffinate etc.besides expansion of the product portfolio and Channel selection and Management.
Mr. Pankaj Kumar Sinha is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1987. He also successfully completed Indian Oil’s prestigious International MBA program in 1999 and acquired MBA Degree from University of Ljubljana, Slovenia
He is in the whole time employment with Indian Oil Corporation limited since 1988.Prior to that he practiced as a Chartered Accountant during 1987-88. Presently he is holding the position of Deputy General Manager – Finance in Indian Oil Corporation Limited.
He has a wide exposure of over 28 years in the fields of Financial Management, Direct and Indirect Taxes, Project Finance, Pricing and International Trade. He has headed finance department in most of the assignments handled at Marketing State Office, Marketing Terminal, Depot, and International Trade Department. Besides he has the diverse experience of working in three Regional Offices of Marketing Division and Corporate Office.
Presently he is in charge Finance function of Corporate Affairs Department and is handling 32 Subsidiaries and Joint Ventures of Indian Oil Corporation Limited. He has also won the Indian Oil’s award for “Best Suggestion of the Year” for 1998 on Banking Function.
Mr. B.V. Rama Gopal, a graduate in Chemical Engineering from Osmania University, Hyderabad, Telangana.
Mr. Rama Gopal joined Indian Oil Corporation Limited in 1983 and worked in various IOCL Refineries at Halida/Vadodara/Mathura/Panipat and in Refineries Head Quarters, New Delhi. He has extensive work experience in Petroleum Refinery Operations, Technical Services, Planning & Coordination and Project Commissioning. He is presently working as Executive Director(In-Charge) of the Panipat Refinery & Petrochemical Complex of Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Panipat and responsible for supply of BS-IV grade fuels to the nation from the Refinery and operation of IOCL’s Naphtha Cracker Complex , the largest Naphtha Cracker of India along with Polymer Units.
Mr. Debasish Roy is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1985.
He is in the whole time employment with Indian Oil Corporation limited since 1987.Prior to that he has worked in an Engineering Industry. Presently he is holding the position of General Manager – Finance in Indian Oil Corporation Limited.
He has a wide exposure of over 29 years in the fields of Financial Management, Direct and Indirect Taxes, Project Finance. He has headed finance department of few Refinery units of Indian Oil Corporation Limited and played a pivotal role in the Project Implementation at Panipat Refinery – Naphtha Cracker Project. Presently he is in charge Finance function of Refineries Division of Indian Oil Corporation Limited.
He has attended various seminars and workshops in India and abroad on the subjects of Direct and Indirect Taxes, Fraud Investigation & Prevention, Project Management and Financial Management – Global Perspectives including IFRS, USGAAP.
Mr. Wang, Wen-Yuan is a veteran in financial fields and has an extensive background in corporate finance, corporate governance, investment banking and venture capital. Prior to joining TSRC, He was the Interim CFO of HTC, a global smart phone and virtual reality brand leader, where he oversaw HTC’s financial strategy, investor relationship and commercial decisions. Prior to that, Wang, Wen-Yuan had more than 15 year experience in direct investment and investment banking. He successfully invested into more than 50 companies across Taiwan, China, Singapore and the USA, and divested with a sound return to investors. Wang, Wen-Yuan started his career as an industry analyst in investment banking field, and had helped more than eight companies from different industries successfully went for IPOs in Taiwan Stock Exchange or raised funding from capital market.
Wang, Wen-Yuan received his MBA from Tunghai University, and hold BS of Industry Engineering from Tunghai University.
Mr. Tsu Ti Liu, Assistant Vice President of TSRC’s Rubber Business Division is a holder of Master’s Degree in Management from Cambridge College, MA, USA.
Mr. Kaoru Nakajima, a graduate from Faculty of Policy Management, Keio University, Japan, has more than 20 years working experience in Chemical sector in Marubeni Corporation. He has been serving the Chemical Department of Marubeni India Private Limited since 2016.
He was in Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Taipei and Singapore for 7 years before joining current position. Throughout his career, he has been engaged in marketing and trading of various chemical products.
Mr. Satoshi Oyama has been serving the Chemical Department of Marubeni India Private Limited in capacity of a General Manager since 2013. A degree holder in Economics from Kyoto University, Japan, Mr. Oyama has earlier handled similar responsibilities for Marubeni in Chemicals and Plastics sectors across different locations at Tokyo, Nagoya, Indonesia and ASEAN countries.
