The flagship project, spread over 57 acres, comprises the process unit, a state-of-the-art rubber finishing line, robot-controlled packaging and loading equipment, offsite storage facilities, DM water plant, an advanced effluent treatment plant including a reverse osmosis (RO) plant with zero-liquid effluent discharge, cooling water instrument and plant air system.

ISRPL is committed to environmental protection and community development. The project sets apart about Rs.600 million towards environment protection and conservation activities. The project would not use any ground water and would also recycle the entire process water by installing a state-of-the-art effluent treatment and Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plant.
